Its been 18 years without the the green army of Gor Mahia lifting the Kenyan Premier League currently known as the Tusker Premier League and indeed all sorts of praise and party should be thrown to them.The entire squad has shown dedication through the entire season by winning important matches and affording some draws that all handed them the league.
Congratulation to the Gor players,coach,management,stakeholders,fans among other associates who played vital roles in the team's success.
Following this victory,Gor Mahia now has the opportunity to represent the country in African Champions League.However the credibility of their current squad to lift us in the competion has remained a doubt considering that their ACL opponents are not in the same class with the opponents in TPL.
Therefore,the first area Gor should cash in is the defensive line and also sharpen their goalscoring.This will give them greater courage to face oppornents like Al haly,Zamalek,TP Mazembe and above all 'GINIWASEKAO' will rock the entire African continent.
